Customer Service Promise

Because we know how important the “little” things are in life we make the commitment to provide you with “old-fashioned” customer service – the kind that always puts the customer first.

Here’s our promise to you:

  • Our events will not be sales fests.  Period.
  • We won’t ask you to buy anything you can’t pay for within 3 months.
  • You can cancel any training for any reason anytime before the start of the training and we will refund your money within 5 working days.
  • You can even do that by the end of the first day of a training you’re attending, and afterwards we will refund you on a pro-rata basis if required.
  • We will never sell you an over-hyped sure fire money making program because we all know that there’s no sure fire anything other than taking action with what you know, learning what you don’t know (yet) and keeping at it until you get to where you want to be.

We think the best customer experience is when you are treated like a King & Queen by your best friends, and that is what we want to do for you!
